Singapore GP: organizers apologize for ticket chaos

SingaporeThe organizers of the Singaporean Grand Prix, published today in local newspapers a public apology over the troubled ticket sale for the inaugural night race, since for the third consecutive day the ticketing system – which was supposed to reserve 70.000 tickets – failed. “We are truly sorry”, a full-page advert reads. “We know the frustrating time that many F1 fans have experienced over the past few days…


“The ticketing system has improved considerably, but there may still be some delays at peak periods. We apologise sincerely for the frustration and inconvenience that the system problems have caused. Rest assured we are doing everything possible to improve the system further,”
