Max Mosley sues News of the World in France over sex scandal 

FIA President Max Mosley has filed a lawsuit in France against the British tabloid News of the World over the publication of the sex scandal video. The criminal lawsuit, has been filed against the director and one of the journalists of the tabloid as well as against the publisher, News Group Newspapers Limited. The lawsuit has been filed on two counts: violation of privacy and defamation by suggesting his involvement in an orgy with ‘Nazi’ connotations.

According to Mosley’s lawyer, the lawsuit has been filed in France given the fact some copies of the newspaper were sold there and the video the newspaper put online could be seen there.
