Force India: Vijay Mallya confirms unchanged driver line-up for 2009

Force India F1The Force India F1 team confirmed on Sunday that the team’s driver line-up for the 2009 season will remain unchanged. Just like in 2008, Italian veteran Giancarlo Fisichella along with Adrian Sutil will be the official drivers while Vitantonio Liuzzi the test and reserve driver.

The team’s owner, Indian billionaire Vijay Mallya, put a end to recent rumours that a McLaren Mercedes driver such as Pedro de la Rosa, Gary Paffett or Paul di Resta, would have filled at least one of the VJM02‘s following Force India’s new engine supply deal with the Woking team.
