Max MosleyFIA president Max Mosley has won the lawsuit filed for violation of privacy against the British tabloid News of the World following the newspaper’s allegations on the Briton’s sex life. The newspaper published last March a story revealing that Mosley was involved in an orgy with five prostitutes claiming that this orgy had a Nazi connotation.

The High Court ruled that the Briton’s privacy was violated and he was awarded £60,000 in damages, compensating his ‘injury to feelings, the embarrassment and distress caused’. It is also believed to have received around £1 million in costs.
