Bahrain - Sakhir International CircuitFollowing a 2-day break, Ferrari and Toyota got back on track today at Sakhir’s International Circuit in Bahrain for another 3-day test session. Kimi Raikkonen had once again the fastest lap time with 1’30”914 and 66 laps. While Raikkonen’s day was free from technical drawbacks and issues, his teammate Felipe Massa had problems with his F2008 gearbox during the afternoon.

The Panasonic Toyota team instead, took advantage of the higher temperatures – 24 degrees air temp., 34 degrees track temp. – compared to previous days and tested a modified cooling system, in order to be ready for a Grand Prix simulation scheduled for tomorrow.
