Juan Pablo Montoya not aiming for an F1 comeback 

Colombian driver Juan Pablo Montoya has received several offers to return to Formula 1 racing but has turned down all of them. The former Williams and McLaren-Mercedes driver, who currently competes in the NASCAR series in the USA, said that even if Scuderia Ferrari or McLaren-Mercedes should offer him a deal he ‘wouldn’t go back’.

“They are still looking for me,” said the Colombian, “but I have rejected those offers and when they say they want my phone number to talk to me I always say that if it’s to return to Formula 1 don’t bother because I’m not interested. I’m very happy in NASCAR.”

“My family and I,” continued Montoya, “are happy in the Unites States and, to be honest, it doesn’t even cross my mind to return to F1. Even if McLaren or Ferrari called me right now, I wouldn’t go back.”
