2009 Brazilian GP: Alonso goes fastest in practice 2 

Buemi second fastest, Barrichello third.

Double world champion Fernando Alonso has topped the timesheets in the second free practice for the 2009 Brazilian Gran Prix at Interlagos. The Spaniard completed 27 laps, the fastest in 1:12.314.

Toro Rosso’s Sebastien Buemi ended the session second fastest (1:12.357) ahead of Brawn GP’s Rubens Barrichello (1:12.459), morning pace setter Mark Webber (1:12.514), championship leader Jenson Button (1:12.523), Toyota’s Jarno Trulli (1:12.605) and Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel (1:12.611).

17th time in the session for McLaren’s Heikki Kovalainen (1:12.992), followed by Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen (1:13.026), Toro Rosso’s Jaime Alguersuari (1:13.041) and Ferrari’s Giancarlo Fisichella (1:13.275).
