2009 Bahrain GP: Rosberg on top in second practice

Williams’ Nico Rosberg has topped the timesheets in the second free practice for Sunday’s Bahraini Grand Prix. The German completed 36 laps, the fastest in 1:33.339, 0.191 seconds quicker than Renault’s Fernando Alonso who ended second (1:33.530).

Third time for Toyota’s Jarno Trulli (1:33.616) ahead of Red Bull Racind duo with Sebastian Vettel (1:33.661) preceding team mate Mark Webber (1:33.676). The Australian was followed by Brawn GP’s Jenson Button (1:33.694), Force India’s Adrian Sutil (1:33.763), Toyota’s Timo Glock (1:33.764) and Brawn GP’s Rubens Barrichello (1:33.885).
