Toro Rosso: new front suspension tested at Barcelona

Sebastian Vettel Toro Rosso Fuji 2007On day 3 of Barcelona’s test session, Toro Rosso’s drivers Sebastian Vettel and Sebastien Bourdais had the chance to evaluate a new front suspension on their single-seater, and both of them gave positive feedback about this. Given the rain that fell over Circuit de Catalunya, the teams had the opportunity to race with wet Bridgestone Potenza tires.


Scuderia Toro Rosso Chief Engineer, Laurent Mekies comments where: “This has been another good test for us, during which we have completed over 2000 km. This shows we are moving in the right direction in terms of reliability. Our main objective for these three days was to subject the entire team to race weekend conditions and we went through the full programme from preparation to race, including pit stops.”
