STR3 - Monaco Grand PrixGerhard Berger, Scuderia Toro Rosso co-owner, has stated to be happy with the team’s new car – STR3 – after its debut in Sunday’s Monaco Grand Prix. The Faenza based team, despite some difficulties in finding the right setup for the STR3 in the Monaco weekend, managed to perform well during the race with Sebastian Vettel finishing in fifth place and getting the first points in this season.

“Red Bull supplied a car, which on its first race went to the finish line. So I can only say: ‘hats off’,” Berger told Auto Motor und Sport.

On Vettel’s Monaco performance, Berger said: “The only thing he is missing now is experience, so I guess we have to give him the time to develop in peace.”
