Luca Badoer stays on top on Barcelona test day 2

FerrariOn Day 2 of testing at the Circuit de Catalunya in Spain, Ferrari’s Luca Badoer remained on top of the timesheets with a best time of 1:21.013. McLaren’s test driver Pedro de la Rosa finished second (1:21.374, 111 laps) followed by Toyota’s Timo Glock (1:21.573, 97 laps). Today’s session was red flagged three times: Nelson Piquet jr had a gearbox problem, Luca Badoer and Timo Glock an hydraulic failure.

The teams will be back on track tomorrow for the final day of tests.
