Dietrich Mateschitz, Red Bull ownerAfter his win at the 2009 Chinese Grand Prix last week with Red Bull Racing and his maiden victory last year at Monza with Toro Rosso, young German driver Sebastian Vettel has shown that he could be the next F1 champion.

And Dietrich Mateschitz, Red Bull Racing and its sister team Toro Rosso owner, knows well the potential of Red Bull’s driver line-up. “Besides Ferrari, we have with Vettel and Webber absolutely the strongest driver pairing in the field,” the Austrian billionaire told German newspaper Bild.

Furthermore, Mateschitz has replied clearly to Mercedes-Benz Motorsport Vice President, Norbert Haug and to all of those who are already placing the 21-year-old at the wheel of a Ferrari in the future. “At the moment Sebastian is not for sale,” said the Austrian.

Currently, Sebastian Vettel is third in the overall drivers’ standings and looks, at least for now, the only driver to keep up the pace of the Brawn GP team duo.
