Dietrich MateschitzDietrich Mateschitz, Red Bull’s owner, has suggested that F1 teams should be allowed to field four single seaters in each Grand Prix. The Austrian has recently put up for sale his 50 percent of Toro Rosso’s shares since, starting from 2010, customer cars will be banned. And in an effort to maintain four Red Bull branded cars on the gird, Mateschitz has proposed as an alternative the use of two more cars per team: “My proposal is to allow four cars per team,” he told to Salzburger Nachrichten. “If the regulations mean Toro Rosso can no longer use Red Bull technologies, then it makes no sense. We can not build a second Milton Keynes in Faenza.”
