2008 Japanese Grand Prix, 2nd Free Practice: Timo Glock on top

Timo GlockDuring the second free practice for Sunday’s Japanese Grand Prix, Toyota’s Timo Glock has clocked the fastest lap time. The German completed 44 laps with his best in a time of 1:18.383. Renault’s Fernando Alonso established the second best time (1:18.426), ahead of McLaren’s Lewis Hamilton (1:18.463) and Ferrari’s Felipe Massa (1:18.491). Fifth time for reigning world champion Kimi Raikkonen (1:18.725), sixth for Red Bull’s Mark Webber (1:18.734), seventh – although with the exact same time as Webber’s – for Williams’ Kazuki Nakajima and eighth for Toro Rosso’s Sebastian Vettel (1:18.761).
