Limited running in rain hit final practice at Suzuka

Toro Rosso’s Jaime Alguersuari and Virgin Racing’s Timo Glock were the only two cars to set a timed lap in the final free practice at Suzuka, after heavy rain hit the Japanese track.
With more and heavier rain expected by the weather forecast 90 minutes ahead of qualifying, there’s the concern that the session could be delayed or even canceled.
UPDATE 1: The start of the Q1 qualifying session has been delayed by 30 minutes due to heavy rain.
UPDATE 2: Race Control: Q1 qualifying start delayed for another 30 minutes.
UPDATE 3: Qualifying delayed by another half-hour.
UPDATE 4: The Japanese GP qualifying has been postponed to Sunday morning.
