RA108 Side viewAccording to latest reports, Honda has promised to its F1 division employees a 2000$ bonus for every Grand Prix win during this season. John Marsden (Honda Racing F1 Human Resources Chief), said that this incentive, with an estimated cost of about 1.5 mil dollars to the Japanese outfit, wouldn’t cover only the engineers and the mechanics but also all of the employees at Brackley’s headquarters.

Marsden
, said at a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development conference in London, that the motivation scheme is designed to encourage team spirit: “Everyone gets a bonus if we win, from the race staff to the cleaners I want everyone to feel part of the team.
