Barcelona testing Day 4 – April 17th, 2008: Webber fastest on rainy session
The final day of testing at Circuit de Catalunya was hampered by heavy rain which forced Force India to skip the session early this morning, as the team decided not to run in the wet. Toro Rosso instead had to cancel their test as they were unable to rebuild the car following Sebastien Bourdais’ crash yesterday. Despite the weather conditions, Red Bull’s Mark Webber clocked the fastest lap time (1:21.953) as he took advantage of a temporary dry track. The Australian was followed by Heikki Kovalainen (1:23.589) and Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen (1:23.619).
