McLaren chiefs summoned for questioning over spy scandal

Nigel Stepney and Mike Coughlan Formula One Espionage Case 2007On Monday, February 18th, McLaren’s Team Principal Ron Dennis, Chief Operating Officer Martin Whitmarsh and Engineering Director Paddy Lowe, will be heard by Italian magistrates in Modena (Italy) over the “Ferrari-McLaren spy story”. Despite Formula One’s Governing body, the FIA, has considered the matter closed, investigations for sporting fraud, trade secret theft, embezzlement and copyright infringement, are still undergoing in Italy.
