2008 Monaco GP, Qualifying: Felipe Massa on pole

Felipe MassaFerrari’s Felipe Massa has snatched the pole position for tomorrow’s Monaco Grand Prix. The Brazilian, who topped the timesheets in all three sessions, was followed by teammate Kimi Raikkonen and McLaren Mercedes duo with Lewis Hamilton ahead of Heikki Kovalainen. Fifth position on the grid for BMW’s Robert Kubica, sixth for an excellent in Q1 and Q2 Nico Rosberg, seventh for Renault’s Fernando Alonso, eighth for Toyota’s Jarno Trulli and ninth for Red Bull’s Mark Webber. Tenth position on Monte Carlo’s grid for David Coulthard, who, following a collision into the barriers was unable to compete in Q3.
