2008 Chinese Grand Prix: Nick Heidfeld tops final free practice

BMW’s Nick Heidfeld clocked the fastest time in the final free practice ahead of the 2008 Chinese Grand Prix qualifying session. The German completed 17 laps with his fastest in a time of 1:36.061, 0.074 seconds faster than Lewis Hamilton (1:36.135). Third time for Robert Kubica (1:36.150) ahead of Heikki Kovalainen (1:36.324), Jarno Trulli (1:36.396), Nico Rosberg (1:36.427), Sebastien Bourdais (1:36.642) and David Coulthard (1:36.712). Only 12th and 13th time for the two Ferraris with Massa ahead of Raikkonen.
The drivers will be back on track in about an hour for the Qualifying session.
