Mosley: “A Concorde Agreement can’t be signed by June 12″

Max Mosley, F1′s governing body president, has suggested to a Swiss publication that the FIA is unlikely to revise the budget cap rules for the 2010 Formula One World Championship as requested by the FOTA teams last week when they submitted conditional entries to next year’s F1 championship.
“A Concorde Agreement which one receives so late can’t be signed by June 12,” said Mosley. “We now have a conflict and we will see who succeeds in the end. I say to them (FOTA teams): If you want to draw up your own rules, then you can organise your own championship. But we have the Formula 1 championship,” he explained.
“We draw up the rules for that. We have been doing that for 60 years and we will continue doing so,” he added.
